I’m on my way to a Super Bowl party — check out this radical cheeseball I just mashed together for it! Instead of going to slave Trader Joe’s, I went to Los Muchachos Meat and Grocery, a Mexican grocer in my neighborhood (Sunset Park, Brooklyn), for all of the core ingredients. I ducked into a 99 cent store for the cheese grater and grabbed a bag of hot peanuts from a bodega for the ball’s outer layer. Here’s the recipe. ($21)
