I Spent $521 Dollars on Subway Sandwiches!

Since 2009, I’ve eaten at least 68 FEET OF SANDWICHES from Subway and spent $521.20 on their food products. 

Can you even imagine? I mean, I guess Jared eats 730 feet a year, but that dude gets paid handsomely with turkey breast.

Without a doubt, Subway was a beacon of light in the dark months following the global economic meltdown.  Americans turned to the 5 Dollar Footlong for comfort the way they turned to those bags of Doritos with 2 flavors in them for the price of 1. It was like an embrace from an absentee mother who suddenly reappears—Subway gave us the boost we all needed to get back on our feet.

But now that the economy is purring again, I’m feeling more confident about my finances and the purchases I can make.  

It’s time to hold the mayo and cut the mustard.
